1.⁠ ⁠When are the club meetings held?

Once a month, on a selected Sunday.

2.⁠ ⁠Where does the club meet?

Usually at CNBGC, but we do try to change locations occasionally to keep things fresh.

3.⁠ ⁠How can I join the club?

Yearly, we open the application form in August-September. After the form closes, the Board will choose the candidates for the recruitment interviews. During this waiting period, be sure to keep an eye on your inbox! After taking the 1st interview, you may receive another email confirming your place as an official recruit in our club.

4.⁠ ⁠What is the recruitment period and how long does it last for?

The recruitment period lasts for about 3-4 months, during which recruits organize an event from scratch, under the supervision of a Board member. This is followed by a second interview and, having passed that one, the recruit officially becomes a member of the club.

5.⁠ ⁠Are there club departments?

Yes. Members can choose to join one of the following departments: fundraising, public relations (PR) and human resources (HR).

6.⁠ ⁠I have an idea for an event. Can I bring it to life while in Interact Levant?

Yes, you can. Members can become project managers, which means that they can build their event from zero alongside a team made up of other club volunteers.

7.⁠ ⁠What are the benefits of joining the club?

First and foremost, as our overall objective is societal betterment, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful community projects and initiatives that leave an impactful contribution behind. Secondly, our club works as a very close-knit community, which means that you can easily befriend other people and network.

8.⁠ ⁠Is the club also open for middle school pupils from CNBGC?

No. Only high-school students are eligible to join the club.

9.⁠ ⁠Interact București Levant Coșbuc belongs to which Rotary family?

Our club runs under the mentorship of Rotary Levant.
